Apply quantization transformation to the given graph.

Parameters:

graph (MaseGraph) – The input graph to be transformed.
pass_args (dict, optional) – Additional arguments for the transformation.

Returns:: The transformed graph.

Raises:: ValueError – If the quantize “by” argument is unsupported.
